Walk from Honister up Dalehead and back with T & H. Glorious weather with fine views, very enjoyable. Jogged most of the descent.

Walking 35:00 [2] +230m

Walk from Whinlatter car park up to Whinlatter hill and back. Feeling a bit better than yesterday so hopefully back running soon. Stopped at Barrow screes on the way there for some fun scree running with Hanna while Tracey was up Causey Pike.

Went for a walk up Latrigg, taking the steep direct route up through the trees/nose from SGL. Jogged down the same way though walked the flatter bits and the whole uphill. Nice to get out but wasn't up to a run just yet.
