Run on Latrigg - up the zig zags, down the east ridge, out the Lonscale traverse path to the gate and back, up the zig zags, east ridge and back by the car park climb and down spooney green lane. Felt pretty good, climbing well. Weather dull and showery.

Walk up Sale Fell with Hanna and Tracey. Nice grassy paths. Hanna took great delight in running the downhills, that's my girl! ;-)

Run at Whinlatter. Spent most of the run in the woods on Seat How, determined to find a route up to the summit from the lower track to connect up with the nice descent down the zig zags through the woods. Eventually identified the old route, marked on the o map, though it's a bit steep/scrambly/wet at the bottom where it leaves the main track. Not long though before firmer ground is reached and a track can be followed to the summit. Weather wet!

Run from the boulder up the bog, onto Pipers, then halfway along did a new climb/scramble up the west then north side of Arthurs Seat. Cracking wee route. Ran over Nether & Crow before heading down the dry valley, up the dasses and finished with a hard effort up the crags. Felt pretty good and paths getting pretty dry so should have gone for WASP, but went for the sociable option instead. Out with Cameron.
