FVO training day at Callander. Went a terrain run up the Bracklinn Falls valley, mainly running off the paths through the wood, with Jase, Godders, Rog & Paul. Everything covered in snow, up to 6 inches in places, just to make it more challenging. Enjoyed the run & the day.

Run from the house up to the canal, Beecraigs, Cockleroi, back through Beecraigs and home via Avalon Gardens. Run on snow the whole way, quite slippy in the town but nice up at Beecraigs, a couple if inches or so. Pretty blustery wind was tough in places. Ran relatively easy.

Took very rare decision not to cycle to the station as would have ended up in a ditch. Rest day as a precaution to make sure knee is ok. Seems fine structurally.

From the boulder up the bog, pipers, nether hill, tourist path descent, dasses then finish on the crags via the middle climb. Very wet underfoot and very windy so pretty tough going in places. Kept the effort realtively steady. Out with Kev & Cameron. Managed to bash knee a bit slipping on the way up the crags.
