Run from the house along the loch, then up the Beecraigs, Cockleroi, loch car park, over hill house then back via the canal and the sports centre zig-zags. Clagged in up at Beecraigs and drizzly. Took it pretty easy.

Run from the house to the sports centre, up to the canal then Beecraigs, Cockleroi, Guthries land rover, south edge, Loch CP, Hill house, Avalon Gardens and home. Steady run. Weather OK, chilly with some rain showers.

Run round cycle path to St Marks Park. Did 6 laps of stride the straight, jog the bye line. Grass starting to get a bit more cross country-ish. Heavy sleet the whole time. Joined by Kev, Paddy & Cameron.

Run from the boulder up the bog, pipers, down the dasses then up the tourist path via the dry valley to Nether Hill. Descended to the top loch and ran down the Queens Drive back to the boulder. Knee felt ok though took the descents easy and didn't push too hard on the climbs. Pretty blowy.
