Run from the house along the Avon, lap of Muiravonside, along the canal then back via Avalon Gardens. Kept the effort easy. Bight & breezy. Trails fairly muddy.

Set off from Alva Glen CP, up gorse path, landrover track then direct up to Ben Ever (32.20). Wind seemed more often in the face than helping on the climb. Thankfully after the stile beyond Ben Ever it was wind behind over Ben Cleuch, Andrew Gannel, Kingseat and down to Dollar. Did a diversion off path between Cleuch and Gannel (no snow), and also back tracked to the northern gullies on Kingseat from the summit (one small patch of snow left!), then traversed round to the bizzare Kames area of Kingseat above the Banks of Dollars, which has loads of intricate rocky knolls and valleys (worth an explore). Nice run and form ok. Lungs definitely improved but still not 100% clear.

Warriston loop round to St Marks Park. Did 12 x stride straights, jog byeline outside the railings (parkie there!). Ran back via WoL. Out with Marco.

Back to the old route up Hymans Knoll, Whinny Hill, Dunsapie Loch, Nether Hill, Pipers Walk then finish up the crags. Ran back to work via St Andrews Square. Out with Marco & Fionna. Legs still feeling quite good despite lack of training. Lungs getting there. Nice and dry with a chilly east wind.
