From home to canal, Beecraigs, Cockleroi, Beecraigs and back by Avalon Gardens. Felt ok given break. Cool and breezy.

Went a steady run with Fionna down to the coast and back by Warriston and WoL.

Ran short Warriston loop anti clockwise. Easy run to test out recovery from cold. No coughing fits and felt ok so that was good.
