Very easy run round Helix Junior Parkrun with Hanna.

Brisk walk from Alva Glen car park up to the Nebit/Ever col gate, then easy run back down again. Warm on the climb. HR higher on walk up compared to run down. HRM behaving itself, though kept it on after parkrun. Lack of training kicking in, not feeling fit!

Over to the park, up the bog, down the grass and back via Waverley. Steady run with Marco & Fionna. Added 2min jogging at the start waiting for them. Lovely day for it.
