Lunchrunners session in Kelvingrove Park :

4 x 600m : 1.58, 1.57, 1.56, 1.54

Recoveries : 70 seconds between each rep & the sets.

Legs felt quite good. Kept the efforts well controlled, running with Euan G, Chris & Stevie. Jamie, Russ & Neil ahead. Dry & cool with light east breeze.
