i actually ate a proper breakfast before this?? but i only slept a questionable less-than-5 hours (in the plane)
mostly downhill apparently. i didn't realize tbh it just seemed flat

walked around to give myself a break before going back to the airport and to actually properly take in what was around me

checked out some less obvious trails, came to a pond, took some photos, and then lost the trail because I didn't want to come back the way I came so I was running on really squishy moss with lost of rocks under it for a bit before getting back on the paved trail
i feel like I've gotten significantly worse at running since I've been kind of slacking the past few weeks. hopefully i can get back to where I'm okay with my running before JWOC.

finally home in Prague. that was some of the worst flights I've been on, i was so uncomfortable. the layover was rhe best part.
I also think i wore my binder too long cuz my ribs feel funky. oops.
