Took it easy at Hickory Run, I was completely off on my compass line to 6 but otherwise I patiently found the unmarked locations.

HVO Winter series course at Ward Pound Ridge, really open and fun but not the most technical of courses. Proud of myself for nailing controls 9 to 11 which were rocks on steep hillsides without obvious contour features.

Orienteering 53:56 [3] 6.0 km (8:59 / km) +300m 7:11 / km

Westmoreland Sanctuary HVO winter series course. Nice course with some controls tucked away in rocks but otherwise not too difficult to read the cliffs, stone walls, and contours.

Mount Tammany climb and descent. Insanely rocky end of the ascent and start of the descent made it difficult to push the pace.

Ok wow. Too many rhododendrons, too much snow, too many trees that hit me in the eyes, too few features to actually use to navigate.

Carter Caves Day 1 - lots of climb, really tiring course. Completely messed up 22, I literally attacked it 4 times before actually seeing the control. Small depression on a rather blank slope.
