Legs felt good during the warm up. I hadn't run all week so didn't know how they would pull up.
I went off maybe a little quick at the start and 10mins in CS kicked in, struggled from here on, eased up during the middle and tried to come home strong. Hard race to pace yourself as it feels like a sprint but is much longer. Not as interesting area as last year.
