Steady run with Rob Baker from their caravan in Glen Nevis. Rainy weather so thankfully spared a trek up a Munro. Instead a nice loop along West Highland Way and back along a grid on the hill above Fort William.

Scottish 6 Days day 3, Arisaig. But it is actually split into two Scottish 3 Day events cos numbers limit, and we are doing days 3, 4 & 6. A lacklustre performance today, legs aching from long day out on Sunday, and general unfitness. But my navigation was ok and good to have some competition to do battle with!
