I had been thinking my calves were getting better. Been out for various steady jogs in the last week or two. Then just walking down stairs first thing this morning my left calf had a twinge, almost like cramp. SOooooo annoying. Really want to get back to running properly - all this time at weekends in lockdown with nothing on is a wasted opportunity! Had to console myself with some core stability.
