First jog in a month (and another month before that since I did my Achilles). Jut a gentle trot round the field. Still sore but improving.

All the red routes at Dalby Forest trail centre. Ace - really great to go MTB on trails somewhere new, and lots of fun stuff. Felt like a pushed fairly hard, so very disappointed to be 2:15 for the whole Strava segment when the record is 1:30 and I'm only 460th fastest. I blame the e-bikes - surely there can't be that many people faster than me, I was trying quite hard!
