Walking 5:54:02 intensity: (5:09:33 @1) + (37:18 @2) + (6:51 @3) + (20 @4) 12.73 km (27:49 / km) +1324m 18:18 / km

Walking traverse of Liathach ridge, east to west. Easy up footpath, but not clear where to go up ridge (assumed lots come this way so would be obvious but apparently not). Found a line with some fun scrambling up a gully through crags bands. Then along ridge. Dusting of snow above 800m but mostly slushy and slippy - some firm neve over the rocks would have been nice. Never got crampons on. Took traversing line around the pinnacles- maybe one could go over them all, but would be significantly more time consuming, and rock was all wet and slippery. No views. Good day out.

Cycling 17:10 intensity: (16:44 @1) + (26 @2) 5.09 km (3:22 / km) +67m 3:10 / km
ahr:116 max:134 shoes: Canondale Trail 4 green

We stashed bikes by end of trail at end of walk, so could cycle back to the car at the start - 5km walk on the road at the end would have been very dull!
