Guisborough Moors race. Started ok, settled into a threesome with Andy and Tom from DFR as far as Captain Cooks. Then started to feel it, two people came past by Roseberry, played cat and mouse with another all the way to Highcliffe, and a fourth came past on the descent. Finished about 12th, and well down on 2010 time of 1:30:22 and 5th place - but that was years ago, and my training has been pretty lazy start of this year!

Reps on Bent House Lane, 2 sets of 25/50/75/100/100/75/50/25s, jog back recovery, 5 mins between sets. Feeling ok, considering done almost no running since JK, and no reps/hills for several months.
