CLOK local event at Hutton Lowcross. Won the brown course. Exactly as orienteering should be - tough, physical challenge, although with some nice bits (Roseberry common - although maybe just because it was mostly downhill there), some very interesting route choices, and a few technical shorter legs.

Two sets of 1/2/3/4/3/2/1 min flat reps round the old racecourse. Nice that they have recently tarmacked the top bend where it was always muddy before. Feeling tired today in the legs, probably from Sunday's 30km.
