Working in London for 2 days, so went for an early morning run out to Trent Park. Including 4 * 150s hill reps. Well, as hilly as it gets round Enfield, which is only about 35m up in 150s of running.

Steady run with Pippa in the woods. I was feeling terrible, bad stomach, maybe ate something bad last night. But ok to jog gently which is what we did. Feeling better this evening, so hopefully it is passing quickly
