Walking from top of Haweswater, up to Blea Water, grade III scramble up Blea Water Tarn Gill (good fun, one bit I didn't do as it was a bit scary - probably nice in winter if banked out with snow), High Street, and down the ridge.

In Dallas, Texas for meetings for a couple of days. Jog from hotel out to the river (lots of tedious concrete and waiting at traffic lights) and along the flood embankment. 6:30am and it was still very hot and humid.
