Cycling 57:11 [3] 24.23 km (2:22 / km) +226m 2:15 / km
shoes: Specialized Allez Sport black

Road bike ride to Hetton le Hole. Not ridden my road bike for months. Set off and I was flying, I thought this is amazing, I should do this more often. Then discovered halfway round that I'd just had a tailwind. Enjoyable all the same.

Trot round Brierley to see what forestry work they are doing, and if we can use it for training. No is the answer - the best bits are being chopped down. Shame.

shoes: VJ Supra

Running round Coate Moor, as I'm planning an event there in February. Some nice bits, some rough bits. All in all feeling quite tired.

Steady run out to Low Burnsall and back. Feeling quite sluggish, but not too many things hurting. Saw a badger on the top track of Houghall.

Monday Dec 15, 2014 #

Strength 30:00 [2]

Core stability and some walking drills. My Achilles seem to agree with the latter as it was feeling good all day.

Climbing at Sunderland. Led a 6b. Good.
