Attunda OK, middle distance. 16/27 on H21E, 9:49 down on winner (Thierry). Better run than yesterday.

Coaching on the JROS Stockholm Tour. They started on Tuesday, but I just flew out yesterday, and today was in at the deep end with a race. Attunda OK, long distance. At least it wasn't in the hardest terrain it could be, but still made two bad mistakes, so a bit disappointing. 11/13 on H21E, 25:49 down on the winner!

DFR, 6 wall-end hill reps, splits (Strava hill segment) 3:49, 3:55, 4:13, 4:22, 4:18, 4:26. With Jim for first 3, then I was bursting for a pee so had to take a loo break, and he got half a hill ahead, and I never caught up. Feeling pretty tired after the weekend, but as to be expected. Then did and extra loop round the moor with Jim to finish off.
