Long run in the Howgills. Got my Harveys map, picked five sheepfolds and a trig point to make a little course, and off I went. Felt like a struggle on some hills but they were very steep! Some other good sections. Lovely grassy running.

From the Waskerley Way cafe, over to Rookhope, up a hill on the far side, back down, up "Rookhope Chimney", and back round the cycle path. Felt a bit sluggish on the hills, but feeling good on the last 5km along cycle path and going quite hard (for a long run).
