Best time in ages, clearly need to be injured more often.. Ankle was agony in the warm up lap so took it easy, but Garmin died as I was leaving home so had no idea how easy. Pretty pleased considering my ankle has now swollen into a balloon.
Ankle is still rather swollen and bruised, plus mum reckons the doctor said to leave running for two weeks, so aiming for Parkrun or orienteering on Saturday morning - couldn't do any of the orienteering on Sunday thanks to work giving me stupid Sunday shifts which I specifically didn't want..
