Sightseeing in New York for the next few days, lots of walking

Shuffle too and from hotel with dad, not wanting to really add to running time but easier than walking same distance

Madison parkrun. Parkrun hasn’t quite made it in the states but this was a lovely route along the lake shore. Happy with time for where I’m at post injury, still a long way to go though.
