CLOK spring event at Redcar sand dunes
Long course, just fun to be out orienteering again, direction poor a few times and badly overshot the far end control

Orienteering 15:47 [4] 2.1 km (7:31 / km)

Middle course after, trying to focus a bit more on keeping contact with the map

Another slow run with the parents out to Whitby road, quad feeling a bit better, need to roll and do physio exercises more consistently

Very easy jog round the horseshoe with the parents, right quad has been sore last few days like back in august so just playing it a bit safe today

‘Mile reps’ on the middle track
Actually did it as 3 x 7min (2min) to keep people together a bit more.
Really pleased with this, getting further than I normally would and nice to be out again for Wednesday night intervals :)
