Grizedale horseshoe fell race, English champs counter. Longer than anything I’ve done before in a race in terms of time and climb. Enjoyed most of it but found the climb up to st Sunday crag tough. The men started 10min behind to avoid congestion but found it a bit a depressing when they kept coming past and also it meant it got really busy on swirral edge. Pleased to have finished this and want to do more but think I need more long days out in the hills :)
