Again enjoyed this but could tell I was lacking in fitness on the hills. One long control pick really and managed to stay in contact most of the time.

Very easy and fast running and made minimal mistakes. Just not as fast as the others. Could tell I haven't raced properly in a while as had a bit of a panic before the race when I didn't have my bib

5 x 20s steep (40s)
3 x 10s v steep (walk down)
Just using these as strides focussing on form and not trying to push hard
