Bucs O relay 2nd leg
Glad to be on 2nd leg after yesterday. No warm up just planned on trying to stay in control and get around. Worked ok, tiring much more quickly still and getting into oxygen debt but we managed a silver medal for Shuoc so not all bad! No real warm down either.

Thought I'd recovered enough but not quite there so decided to cut my losses. Also pretty tired from helping all weekend.
