A few planks no bits of core and then lots of stretching and rolling: hamstrings tight from yesterday

Not particularly pushing this but running much faster than I would have done for the same amount of effort on this loop last year.

Easy Pilates to try and loosen my back off which is still sore after falling at venla. It doesn't seem to affect my running though.
