Rivelin but along the top path to start, lovely evening. Put a 1min harder effort in every 10mins, most of them ended up being uphill.

Parkrun again at slightly below threshold trying to get Pippa a pb, might just have managed it

Forest trains, felt awful physically and not concentrating either. Never orienteer well around exams. Good fun to be out though and orienteering
