South Yorkshire cross country league
First cross country of the year and enjoyed it a lot. 3 laps with 3 hill sections per lap so it didn't get too boring and there were always people to run with. Pretty wet and muddy underfoot and some parts of the course had a strong head wind too.

Pace slightly lower than planned but pretty muddy and windy on the field so probably to be expected. Also running on my own for all of it.
