JHIs relay. Very scrappy at the start but a lot better on the second half.

Orienteering race (JHIs ) 51:05 [4] 7.5 km (6:49 / km)

JHIs individual. First race in ages and really enjoyed it. Was given m18 control descriptions (I should have checked) so had to keep unfolding the map. Pretty strong navigation but not quite enough speed and a bit of a miss on two as well.

Run down to Goodwin to get a lift out to burbage mines.

Orienteering 1:06:00 [3] 7.16 km (9:13 / km) +93m 8:39 / km

Short blue around burbage mines. Very tough running through the heather so walked quite a bit. Really enjoyed the mines

Long run with SHUOC. First 2km with rucksack back from flute rehearsals then up around rivelin.

Steady threshold run. Didn't do rest of session as still feeling a bit of the cold and didn't want to push it on the faster reps.

Run around the field while the others did some more reps and then home
