Really nice run around burbage and great to get into the peaks after having been here a week

Warm up down to the museum

Running intervals 30:11 [4] 4.31 km (7:00 / km)

Intervals with the Athletics club. 470m loops around the parks with uphill to finish. 9 done and rest equal to time taken for partner to run. Times varied from 1:47 to 1:55.

Jog home and quick turnaround before SHUOC social

Very short as in lectures all day and not much time. Down to endcliffe park and back.
