Orienteering not good as I just wasn't concentrating after revising all day. Enjoyed the running but not concentrating and any uphill hurt after yesterday.

Women's Open 1st
Really happy with run, felt in control on nearly every leg and apart from a couple of route choice errors it was navigationally clean. Physically it went well too and felt strong for most of it.
