Some good orienteering in here especially on parts of the moor, but quite hesitant and not as confident on the 1:15 in the forest. Distracted myself by thinking I'd crossed an uncrossable wall which I hadn't for part of the course as well.

Much happier with this and a strong run apart from control 3 which a lot of other people seemed to lose time on as well. Very physical terrain.

Not a great run as I messed up 13 and 18 pretty badly. Good through the first section and then the mistakes started. Also didn't feel as though I could push as hard as I wanted due to the slippy surface and my slower map reading.
