short warm up at Holme Fell.

Control pick on Holme Fell. Running on my own and not very quick but quite clean. Bit too low on 6 though.

Shadowing Saskia on Doughnut course at Holme Fell. Lots of stopping and discussing again. Lovely views from the top.

Controls hanging as part of forest team for Hawkshead. 10 controls in Dale Park (Graythwaite). Out much longer as I was very hesitant about placing some of the controls. Garmin died halfway round so no climb and approx. distance. Really pretty to watch sunrise over the fells and see the deer in the wood.

shadowing and discussing routes with Saskia on Graythwaite. 2 courses but no garmin so rough distance again.

Low visibility course at Bishop wood. Sort of mini trains exercise with Saskia and Rebecca. Lots of waiting at controls not included.

No idea of time or distance again but a fun night relay around Hawkshead on first leg. :)

Cold / infection worse again this week so no real training before Hawkshead this weekend to see if I can clear it up finally. I've had it for 3 weeks now.
