long run from the lodge: down to kipford, out to castle point, up the moat of mark and muckle. Started out slower as had mum and cousin with us for first part but fewer rests later on when just Aidan and me. Felt nice just to get out and do a long run, which I haven't done in a while. Legs quite tired up the hill on the way back though.

same as usual 8 x 3min (1min) hills in 2 sets of 4 with 10min jog down to the start in between sets.

very easy warm up at Cod Beck with Rob and Isla's orienteering group

4 x 1km threshold reps along the edge of the reservoir. Gave myself quite a lot of rest as this session was replacing a speed session. Turn around every 7min.
1st = 4.24
2nd = 4.22
3rd = 4.15 tailwind
4th = 4.16 headwind so pushed a bit harder.
Nice to speed up through the reps.
