Went out too fast and as a result made a 4min mistake on 2. Very inconsistent run with lots of good bits and also bad parts as well. Legs didn't like the hills either. Happy with 6th place in W18 though.

Very happy to come 5th in my heat and to get into A final as running Women's Open. Good race technically, a few mistakes later on as I got more tired.

'A' final and felt really tired after this morning's race. After a 40s mistake on 1 I improved but was quite scrappy around some of the controls.

Back to school today :P and going to have a very easy week. Want to get rid of this cold and I'm just feeling really tired after the summer, which has been amazing.
