Fountains Abbey Parkrun. Ran with dad as not sure how fast I could go with how my glut has been. Felt as though I was just running under threshold and could chat a bit to people on the way around. It was quite a hilly course as well.
Running intervals (track) 40:00 [4] 4.2 km (9:31 / km)
3 x (400m, 300m, 200m, 100m) 1st and 2nd sets on 26s per 100m starting each rep on the 6th 26s. Last set same overall time but running hard not to time.
