Stretching 30:00 [1]

I came home early from the Lakes 5 as my glut injury has become worse. I think I've just done a lot, especially in terrain, over the past week.

Note
(injured)

Realised last night that my glut, that's been niggling for quite a long time, had had enough this week. Not running the rest of the Lakes 5 and going to try and get better for Sweden in a week and a half. :( Walked around the yellow today looking for a child who had got lost and would have walked my course if it hadn't been 400m climb to the start. Looked like a really nice area though.

Running (rest day jog) 23:24 [2] 4.05 km (5:47 / km) +19m 5:39 / km

Were going to do the urban but the car broke down so I went for a run with the cousins instead. Went swimming and ate ice cream on the way back too.

Day 3: Grizedale NW
Very physical course and I'm not strong enough at the moment and am tired from a hard week. Navigation ok apart from 8 where I ended up to far down. Still enjoyed it!

Running warm up/down 7:00 [2] 1.0 km (7:00 / km)

Orienteering (Lakes 5) 27:54 [4] *** 2.87 km (9:43 / km) +37m 9:08 / km

Day 2: Simpson Ground
Really enjoyed the middle today apart from getting confused by the scale and losing 3.5mins on 2, which I couldn't get back.
