Note

Having a very easy week as still tired and sleep deprived from EYOC. Maybe get an easy jog in tomorrow as I fly to Peru on Saturday very early in the morning. Can't wait to go now!

Running (sportsday) 8:00 [2] 0.8 km (10:00 / km)

general jogging around and drill warm up before races.
2 PM

Running race (sportsday) 5:43 [5] 1.5 km (3:49 / km)

1500m for school sportsday, knew I was fastest in race as start and ran a steadily hard race with Izzy from my running club. Managed to win by over 100m on everyone else and could have broken school record if I'd know it was only 13s faster than what I ran. legs still a bit tired after the weekend but much better for a complete rest.

Running warm up/down (sportsday) 8:00 [2] 1.5 km (5:20 / km)

Ran second 1500m as a senior boy because no one in my house could be bothered. it was straight after mine and the head of sport said I could but the start official waited until I had finished and told me it didn't count. :( Annoyed but at least I got a good cool down lots of people bemused by why I wanted and was able to do 2 back to back 1500ms.

Running race (sportsday) 38 [5] 0.2 km (3:10 / km)

First leg on 200m relay, not sure of my time as of changeover but it wasn't quick! Sore legs afterwards.
6 PM

Cycling 25:00 [1] 4.0 km (6:15 / km)

Gentle cycle down to track this evening to see people. Didn't do session but did drills and stretches.
