Very tired after yesterday so did an out and back, while mum and Aidan kept going.

2 x very steep hill up towards highcliff (only ran this in the dark before and it looks much more daunting in the light its too steep to run all of it, especially in the middle section) took about 3:15mins to get the top and then did a longer jog recovery down the main track.
1 x steep hill on main track for same time (3:15) as first 2.
Started every 11mins.

Longer way home to loosen my legs off after the hills.

Urban race around Guisborough but felt quite sprinty in places. Ran hard for most of it and only a few navigation errors. Really nice :)

Cycling (Heat Chamber ) 15:00 [3]

15min easy spinning in the heat chamber set at 28-30 degrees and 80% humidity. Only room for 1 treadmill and an exercise bike so Aidan and I did 15mins on each.

Easy pace run, found the temperature ok but the humidity was quite tough. Planning on a harder session next week.
