Nice run this morning, started to wear more layers when out running to get ready for Macedonia, which made it quite warm.

Running hills 1:16:54 [4] 11.28 km (6:49 / km) +262m 6:06 / km

Long run with mum and dad but I ran all the hills hard then jogged back down to meet them so tried not to stop too much, sort of a fartleck session. Tough up little Roseberry again and also took part of the track past blue lake hard down hill on the way home. Great fun despite the rain!

Out longer than this but retired at around 10 as I wasn't getting anything out of it and had had enough of brambles, Aidan said it got better after that bit but I was tired anyway. Should know by now that trying to orienteer the night before an exam never works.
Had a really good meeting with Jackie earlier though and am starting to get excited about EYOC now :)

Ruth and I were aiming for around 25s per 100m without watch and had to try and catch Caroline and Sall who set off before us on 26s. Had to catch around 30m on first 4 reps, 40m on 5 and about 50m on last one.
3 x 26s rest between.
