Longish run and tried to stay mainly on the little tracks around the woods. Took little roseberry really hard and both Aidan and I were tired at the top. Really hot for running and it seemed to be uphill for a lot of it. Really enjoyed it though :)

Felt strong on first 4 but last one really hard :)

Run with school running club along river, had a nightmare in the Psychology exam (everyone did) so too annoyed to revise so went running instead :)

run out to meet CLOK juniors from home. Bit quicker than I wanted as I was late.

Running intervals 14:22 [3] 1.25 km (11:30 / km) +56m 9:23 / km

Mini terrain loops (bit brambly) 200m ish each x 7. memorised a leg from an O map between each one and then drew it when I got back.

Running warm up/down 20:49 [2] 3.1 km (6:43 / km) +43m 6:17 / km

jog home as a cool down with mum
