Very little training this week as I had a friend form America staying and also a school concert. Feel as though I'll be ready for a few weeks of strong training now in the build up to the JK :)

Hills at home farm. Legs tired from weekend so couldn't push this session as much as usual. 20s x 6 on shallow hill (1:40 rest), 20s x 6 on steeper hill (1:40 rest)

Jog to hills but was a bit early so met them a bit further on so got a slightly longer warm up, drills too
