CLOK level B event today at Hutton Mulgrave woods. Ran the blue but was tired from cross country yesterday and have just started with a bad cold this morning :(. Enjoyed the course and didn't run too quick but was too tired to go out and look at some controls again, which was a shame. Roughly 11th place I think :)

Inter county schools cross country at Durham in the senior girls race. Only 4 girls from Cleveland there so I qualified automatically but came 2nd out of the 4 of us. 12th on the course overall in really windy conditions and on quite a hilly and muddy course. Happy with how it went :)

School running club and we ran the school's cross country course which I haven't done for three years so that was nice. :) Took it as a recovery run after the weekend and hills yesterday.

Again too cold to kayak so I canoed instead. harder on the way upstream as the current is really strong at the moment due to lots of rain.

Sprint hill session with 6 x 20s shallow hill and 6 x 20s steep hill with 1:40 rest. Felt tired after yesterday but better than last Wednesday when I did the session after cross country.
