Rest not included in time (total time probably around 25mins). School running group doing 600m intervals, which I used as a recovery after a hard weekend. Did 5 intervals and legs felt much better afterwards.

3km time trial on the track. Legs heavy after weekend but a new pb of 12:50 (previous from a year ago so even not pushing too hard I managed to knock a bit off it).
