Warm up and drills at Lyme park followed by technical running session up and down hills.
11 AM

Running long (Stockport weekend) 1:04:59 [3] 8.51 km (7:38 / km) +229m 6:44 / km

Planned the route as a group and had a great time running up onto the moor then around a loop. Enjoyed the little bit of terrain.

Rest not included in time (total time probably around 25mins). School running group doing 600m intervals, which I used as a recovery after a hard weekend. Did 5 intervals and legs felt much better afterwards.

3km time trial on the track. Legs heavy after weekend but a new pb of 12:50 (previous from a year ago so even not pushing too hard I managed to knock a bit off it).

2 sets of 10-13 exercises spending 20s on each with a short jog between. 3 minute rest between each set.
