Decent nights sleep and feeling good.

Legs felt pretty good, ran it very easy but moving at an okay pace towards the end.

Some more faster efforts tomorrow, followed by some strides Friday.

Legs felt loads better but lack of sleep last night made for some general tiredness.

Easy 2mi warm up, then 10x 1min with 1min recovery. Felt pretty good on the efforts, didn't hammer them but running around sub 5min/mi pace.

Only half a session, tapering going well so far.
