Started out conservatively and got faster with each one. New boing shoes were awesome!
Bit wheezy on the last 2 reps but feeling back to pre-illness in general (finally!).

Kinder with Tim
Started at Barber Booth, up Ringing Roger and cut across to the trig point. Then around the edge until Fairbrook where I cut across to Kinder Downfall and Tim ran around.
Absolutely glorious day for it, not too warm and no wind. Managed to run all the way up the hill and felt like I could breath slightly easier than the last few days.

Much more enjoyable than I thought it was going to be. The open forest with depressions in it was really fun. Definitely could've avoided the climb on the long legs a bit more than I did.
Physically still struggling to breath going up the hills, and was quite tired for the second loop after the map flip.
