Faint positive Covid test today.

Someone at work tested positive this morning and the rest of us have been feeling a bit off all week, so we've probably all got/had it.

Hoping I'm already over the worst of it as I've been feeling off for 8 days already (despite testing negative up until now).

Confined to the attic for a few days. Just praying that Jonny doesn't get it before selection races, as they're far more important for him than me.

Found this one a bit weird. We ran 5 of these back in December so seemed very easy to only do 3. Kept getting checked and blocked in as everyone would be faster on the sprints but not do the floats as fast as I wanted to.
800 at the end was grim, stomach went after 400.
